Design and Production of Angle Bracket

Led my team to deliver the final part provided. Designed the part on Solidworks and used Solidworks CAM to simulate the toolpath for CNC machining. Designed Fixtures for each operation and Developed process flow charts, Operation sheets and Inspection sheets for the same

Solidworks CAM

Utilized SolidWorks CAM to generate tool paths for complex parts, resulting in faster production times and reduced scrap rates.

Thermo-Calc

Al-Si-Cu alloy Equilibrium and Non equilibrium solidification path. Analyzed the Iso-thermal slice at 50, 400 and 600 degree Celsius respectively for Piston application.
